By Lee Lai Ngoh, Creative EduCare Manager
KUALA LUMPUR, May 22, 2018: Eduspec held a VEX Camp enrollment at SMJK Confucian Kuala Lumpur for 600 students. The two-hour demonstration and presentation that started at 1:00 p.m. drew a large crowd in no time. The students’ eager smiles and anticipation greeted Chan Siew Yuen, Eduspec robotics trainer, and Lee Lai Ngoh, Creative EduCare manager, who were there to facilitate the campaign. The campaign consisted of a demonstration and introduction on VEX Robotics. It also included an opportunity for the students to try out a mission challenge so they can experience the joy of working with robots. The hands-on experience gave the excited students a taste of what they can learn in the camp.
The demo was split into two sessions, and two students from each class were selected to try out the mission challenge. The students watched a video that contained instructions and the challenge they needed to complete. After that, they were supposed to complete the challenge on their own. The enrollment managed to draw a huge turnout and successfully created interest amongst students and educators towards VEX Robotics and the camp. We want to thank the school for their support and everyone that helped to make the enrollment a fun and successful one. We look forward to a great VEX Camp ahead!
